• This booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at your booking or services will be treated as a No-Show and incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Universal policy). Kindly responsibility for your appointment.

• Allow you to reschedule your bookings online up to 4 hrs. before the start time. ( Sign up or Log in )

• Allow you to cancel your bookings online up to 4 hrs. before the start time. ( Kindly responsibilities to pay 100% and no refund )
